Project Information Request
Thank you for choosing The Matthews Company, Inc. to provide you with our National ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey Services. In order to better assist you, please provide us with the following information regarding your transaction to get us started.
- Your form of certification that must appear on your survey (typically provided by your lender), or in the alternative, please specify that the 1999 ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys Certification is acceptable.
- Your specific survey requirements, or in the alternative, please specify that the 1999 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys are acceptable.
- Property address and legal description of the property. Prior surveys are helpful and appreciated, though not necessary if unavailable.
- Your distribution list, which includes all parties who should receive the completed survey. Include their names, company names, addresses and both phone and fax numbers.
- A list of all entities to whom your survey must be certified to.
- The name and contact person who is handling the title insurance for this project, (company, name, address and phone number), so that we may coordinate receipt of the title commitments and underlying documents for our use in preparing the survey and contact them with any title related questions while preparing your survey.
- It is also helpful if you can provide a contact person at the property in the event that the surveyors encounter any access difficulties, or in the alternative, notify the owner and or tenant who occupy the property so that they are aware and the surveyors do not encounter any access difficulties.
- Your estimated closing date for this transaction.
